Children’s Christian Education

At Northwest Christian Church, we believe that children are a gift from the Lord.  Our church is a welcoming and encouraging place for all – a sanctuary and safe place for spiritual growth and development.   

Nursery care is provided by our competent caregiver during the 9:15am classes and the 10:30am worship service. The nursery is located by the east entrance at the back of the Narthex. 

Bible Zone (September – May) During the worship hour,  children age 3 – 1st grade are invited to participate in this class as we study the stories of the Bible.  Singing, storytime, and open play time fill this hour of fun.   

Bible Zone (September – May)  During the worship hour, children in 2nd – 5th grade participate in their own youth group during this time, sharing songs, games and stories with their youth leaders.  The kids sing periodically during the worship services and lead the entire worship service once a year as they present their own musical production.    

The safety of our children is always our first priority.  All volunteers and staff at NWCC are subject to, and must pass, background checks.
